With over 25 years of industry experience in technology-enabled transformation, Mark is passionate about combining people, technology and innovation to deliver strategic advantage to Codestone’s customers. His experience in scaling businesses and nurturing high-performance teams during successful previous tenures with ISG Tech, Atos, Sopra Steria, and Capita equips Mark to lead our complex and at-scale situations and opportunities. Balancing art with the science of Codestone, Mark still writes and records music in his spare time, bringing a natural creative flair to the Group’s problem-solving approach.

Caroline has worked in commercial roles for all of her 25 year career. She has built, scaled and run commercial teams and divisions and absolutely believes that growing people leads to growing revenue. Her background spans Education, Consultancy and Technology.

Cherin joined Codestone in early 2023, bringing nearly two decades of experience in people and leadership roles within technology-driven organisations. Passionate about people and having worked in evolving businesses throughout her career, she understands how important it is for employees to feel supported, connected, and clear on how their work contributes to the wider organisation. By bringing teams together culturally and operationally, Cherin creates an environment where both team members and the business can thrive.
