A visual tour of what’s new, plus a live look at the highlights in SAP Business One.
- Bring your bespoke customisations with you
The tools for building custom add-ons in the Web Client have matured in this release. The Codestone team can convert and redesign your bespoke applications for the Web Client, so the tailored tools your business relies on come with you.
- B1UP is ready for the Web Client
The Boyum Usability Package (including Print & Delivery) launched on 2nd September. It’s significant enough to warrant its own dedicated session, coming soon, so watch this space.
- AI is now part of everyday business, powered by SAP AI Core
- Ask AI – context-aware answers from your selected business data
- AI-Assisted UDQ – build SQL queries and reusable datasets from plain English
- Talk to B1 in plain English – ask questions, create and update records, and automate workflows using leading AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT, connected through the new built-in MCP Server (with configuration by the Codestone team)
- Also worth knowing
- Cleaner, more secure outbound email – send directly through your company’s Microsoft 365 account, with no SMTP mailer or stored passwords. As Microsoft phases out Basic Authentication for SMTP, this is the timelier, more secure way to keep your B1 emails flowing.
- Custom Process Maps – the new “Design Process Map” app lets you build process maps from scratch, with support for more document types, steps that open external websites, and steps built on your own custom (User Defined) objects.
- Reduce your infrastructure costs
As more of your team works in the Web Client, your reliance on Windows Remote Desktop Server / Azure Virtual Desktop sessions falls, and so do the associated licensing and hosting costs.
Every upgrade starts with a review of your system, so the right path can be planned for your business. Join the webinar to see what’s possible, then talk to the Codestone team about the best route forward.
