The firm’s multiple sales channels are all integrated into SAP Business One with Totally Wicked using almost every standard functionality to run its business, from manufacturing to purchasing. As a result, Totally Wicked has significantly reduced its stock holding by up to £1m and headcount is contained as resources are being used more effectively.
