Family-owned carpet supplier Rama Carpets selected SAP Business One to enable it to automate and streamline its business.
Having outgrown its previous systems, Rama needed a solution that would enable customers to interact with them via electronic data exchange. SAP Business One offered the ideal solution, coupled with BPA and Boyumโs B1 Usability Package.
With Codestoneโs help the challenging re-engineering of business processes was completed and the system went live taking full advantage of SAP B1โs capabilities.
Rama now has an efficient end-to-end process, with customer orders submitted through NetEDI, driving warehouse and distribution activities, replacing the error-prone practice of entering up to 300 orders a day to a spreadsheet. SAPโs easy-to-use real-time query facilities have improved decision making and Rama is able to now pursue further opportunities for automation.
With the implementation of SAP Business One we are much better placed to cope with increased levels of business.
