We’re proud to share how Codestone has evolved its growth journey. From our founder-led beginnings 27 years ago through capital-backed expansion in 2021, we’ve transformed into a comprehensive mid-market digital transformation partner, now serving over 1,000 clients with a remarkable 96% retention rate and record-breaking 58 NPS satisfaction score.
We have welcomed nearly 100 new team members through our strategic acquisition of Cloud Business – enhancing our capabilities to deliver a wider portfolio of high-impact, high-value solutions to many more organisations with our now 300+ strong team. This covers ‘office of the CFO’ analytics, 24/7/365 IT managed services, and cybersecurity + SOC to name a few. This growth enables us to better stitch together our clients’ mission critical needs with end-to-end solutions and an ever more scalable and knowledgeable team in 8 countries.

Innovation at the Core
Understanding that Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the beating heart of an organisation, we’ve continued to innovate around this pillar of strength. Our ‘INSIGHT for Finance’ solution offers rapid-deployment of Cloud ERP and Analytics solutions within weeks and with fixed-cost certainty. The expansion of other INSIGHT solutions for Planning & Consolidation, for example, enhances business planning capabilities across multiple languages and localisations, which is driven by Codestone expertise and IP.
Recognising that security is paramount in our own operations and for our clients, we launched CyberCare, providing AI-driven protection for mission-critical systems, alongside CloudCare for comprehensive IT managed services and application managed support.
We have a dedicated team, constantly assessing market trends and engaging with clients directly to jointly build the future.
